Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Offline. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Offline provides in-app reporting tools that allow any user to report child safety concerns, inappropriate content, or suspicious behavior. Reports can be submitted directly from any user profile or content within the app. All reports are reviewed promptly by our team.
