By downloading, installing, or using the Offline mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. Community Guidelines

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which promote respectful, safe interactions. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Offline a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

7. Trust Score System

Our trust score system tracks participation and reliability. Trust scores affect access to certain features. No-shows and policy violations may reduce your trust score. Trust scores are not transferable.

8. Events and Meetups

Offline facilitates connections but is not responsible for the conduct of users at events. You attend events at your own risk. Follow our safety guidelines when meeting new people. Report any safety concerns immediately.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Offline and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via the App.
